Activity 1: JOB INTERVIEW
a/ Aim: students can know the factors that help them succeed in a job interview.	
b/ Content 
Work in groups. Tick (ü) the factors that you think would help you succeed in a job interview. (p.62)

Activity 4: Discussion
a/ Aim: ss can talk about the pieces of advice given in the passage that they find most useful and least useful.
b/ Content: Work in groups. Discuss the question: Which pieces of advice given in the passage do you find most useful and least useful? Why?
c/ Product: Model
All the passage are most useful because you must prepare many things before interview such as find out the job and the vacancy, send a letter of application and your résummés to the company, remember to bring with you your school certificates and letters of recommendation from your teachers or your previous employers, jot down your qualifications and experience that can relate to the job and prepare for the questions that are often asked during the interview, then you have to answer many questions during the interview, and if you are offered the position, congratulations! If you don’t get the job, try not to be too disappointed.
d/ Procedures:
- T shows the task through zoom by using PowerPoint or iBook program, and then T asks Ss to work in groups to tell the others about the pieces of advice given in the passage that they find most useful and least useful.
- Ss work in groups. 
- Ss present their opinion in front of the class.
- Checks Ss’ answers and corrects mistakes if necessary

	From the listening passage, I see American workforce has changed from manufacturing jobs to service jobs. In manufacturing jobs, people make something or produce things, and in service jobs people only provide service. Service jobs are grouped into 5 categories: transportation, wholesale, retail, finance and personal services. The percentage of people in service jobs mounts to more than 70%. By the year 2020, nine out of every ten workers will supply service.
